At Treyond, we want you to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery.

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom-stitched suits, shirts, trousers, bandhgala, sherwani, kurta sets, Nehru jackets, or any tailored-fit products

Altered or customized garments

Items purchased during clearance or special sale events

Products without original tags or damaged due to customer handling

(Note: Ready-made clothing can be exchanged for size issues if unused.)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Go to My Orders on treyond.in

Select the item you want to return

Choose Return / Exchange

Upload photos (if defective or incorrect product)

Submit the request

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Pickup & Shipping

Reverse pickup is available in most areas.

Items must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

In case reverse pickup is not serviceable, the customer may need to self-ship the product.

5. Refund Policy

Once the product passes quality checks:

Prepaid orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via UPI / Bank Transfer.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after QC approval.

6. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange for:

Size issues

Color exchange (if available)

Replacement of defective/incorrect items

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive:

A damaged item

The wrong product

A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; return must be initiated after delivery.

9. Important Notes

Treyond reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy conditions.

Used, washed, altered, or perfume-stained garments will be rejected and returned back to the customer.

Custom-stitched items are strictly non-refundable.
